The Need Help? section has been redesigned for a more feasible way of submitting Titan Tools issues and feature requests. The Need Help? button is also available on all the pages of Titan Tools.

On click of the Need Help button, it will open a pop-up where members will be asked to provide details for their feedback.

They will be asked to tell whether it’s a report for an Issue or Bug, or a Feature Request.

Afterward, they can choose which tool they are giving feedback on.

Once the member has already selected a tool, they will then be required to input more details regarding their feedback on the succeeding steps.
