This feature provides the ability to combine multiple keyword sets into one or more “Master List“ keyword sets in the Keyword Relevancy Tool. Master Lists allow for faster importing into other tools on the platform, since all the desired keyword sets are already in one place.

(Note: This feature does not include the ability to add individual keyword phrases to the Master List. Keyword phrase/s should be added to a Keyword Set first.)

Default Master List

The Default Master list is created by default for any research product in Keywords Relevancy and is called the Master List.

  1. The Master List can be found by clicking the dropdown Select a keyword set.

  1. If a member does not have a keyword set created yet, the below screen will show and the member can click on Add Keyword Set.

Adding keyword sets to the Master List

  1. The member will then be prompted back to the default view of the Keyword Ranking table, allowing users to select specific keywords, Bulk Actions and Add to Keyword Set.

  1. Once a keyword set is created, members can then add the Keyword Set to the Master List by selecting the Master List from the Select a keyword set dropdown and clicking the “+” icon.

  1. After clicking the “+” icon below, the modal shows to be able to select a Keyword Set to be added to the Master List. Add a checkmark before the Keyword Set you intend to add in the Master List and hit Save.

  1. Once the Keyword Set is added to the Master List those keyword phrases on the keyword set will then show on the table.

Manage Keyword Set

Members have the ability to manage keyword sets by clicking the gear icon. Actions include creating a Master List, and disassociating a keyword set from a Master List.

After clicking the gear icon, the below modal pops-up.

Notes:

  1. The default Master List cannot be deleted but can be renamed

  1. Keyword sets from the default Master List can be removed by clicking the disassociate icon.

  1. Disassociated keyword sets from the Master List will still remain as keyword sets on the tool, unless the member decides to delete the keyword set itself.

  2. For keyword sets that are part of a Master List, any keyword phrases removed or added to the keyword set will also reflect on the Master List.

  3. Members can create a Master List by clicking on the Add Master List. A new line will be created where the desired name for the Master List can be placed.

  1. The Master Lists manually created by the members can be renamed or deleted.

  1. Manually created Master Lists and Keyword Sets can also be deleted by selecting them and clicking Delete Selected.

Ability to import Master List

Similar to keyword sets, members can import Master Lists to Listing Optimizer, Keyword Processor, KRT and PPC Bulk Uploader
