Introduction:

This guide explains how to disconnect an API (Application Programming Interface) connection from your Titan Tools account.

Steps to Disconnect Your API:

1. Locating the API Connection:

   - Ensure that your brands and relevant information are already synced with the API. This step follows from the process described in the previous guide on syncing the API.

2. Initiating the Disconnection:

   - Click on the 'Disconnect' or 'Break the Chain' button next to the API connection you wish to remove.

   - This action will disconnect the API connection for both the S.P. API and the Ads API, as indicated by a 'Disconnected' status.

3. Removing the API Connection:

   - After disconnecting, click on the trash can icon to completely remove the API connection from your Titan Tools account.

4. Reinvestigating or Reconnecting:

   - If you wish to revisit the setup or reconnect the API, click on the chain link icon to initiate the setup sequence again.

   - To add the API connection afresh, select 'Add Seller Account'. As long as the brand or store name is not currently in the system, it won’t be treated as a duplicate, allowing a new setup.

Conclusion:

Disconnecting an API connection in Titan Tools is a simple process involving breaking the connection and then removing it. Should you need to reconnect or have any questions, the option is readily available. For further assistance, please contact our support network.
