The Market Domination column can be seen on the Product Pipeline. This column displays the average conversion rate data for a product’s keywords selected from the Keywords Relevancy Tool.
The computation of the Market Domination data follows this average formula:
The total conversion rate of each keyword, divided by the number of keywords selected that have data.
Note:
If a selected keyword doesn’t have data, it will not be included in the computation. (e.g. 2 out of 5 marked keywords don’t have data; only 3 will be included in the calculation of the average)
Marking Keywords on the Keywords Relevancy Tool
In order to get Market Domination data to be displayed on the columns, members should first mark their keywords on the Keywords Relevancy tool.
On the Keyword Ranking table, members should first put a check on the checkbox of the keywords that they’d like to include, then on the Bulk Actions, they can select Mark Keywords for Market Domination analysis.
Once done, the marked keywords will have a gold star beside the open link button. The average conversion rate data for the selected keywords should now appear in the Market Saturation on the Product Pipeline as well.
To remove marked keywords, put a check on the checkboxes again, navigate to Bulk Actions, and this time, click on the Remove Keywords for Market Domination analysis option.
If there are no marked keywords yet, the column will display a message to add at least 2 keywords to Market Saturation analysis to see the data.
